Hardcover Verified download. They have a fictitious case that runs through the entire book about a video game company. If you learn by following one example, you will like the book more. I find it a bit tedious and overly pedagogical.

The authors have really wanted to write a North-American style book. Whether this is good or bad depends on your expectations, I think this book contains a lot of useful anecdotes if you are a consultant or educator. The reading is kind of pedestrian, but if you want to pick up anecdotes, I would recommend the book.
